You can pay a lot of money for spa water treatments, and the scented salts at boutique shops. With a few ingredients, you can soak away your daily stresses. The following recipe uses peppermint and lavender, but feel free to experiment. I love lemon ginger, jasmine green tea or spearmint soaks, too.
Lavender Peppermint Soak
If you color your salts, make sure they are safe for skin. We use food-safe colorants; they have less chance of staining, and are safe for most people.
